I just wanted to tell you a little bit about myself.
I am a wife, mother of 3, and grandmother of 6!
I have a cat, Salem, and she likes to sit with me as I work. In the winter she earns her keep as my lap warmer!
I started to crochet years ago making Baby Shower/ New Baby gifts for friends, relatives & co workers.
After years of being told I should sell my items, I opened a store on Etsy this past December. I also started pages on Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram & Tumblr.
Within the past 3 weeks, I’ve just opened another store. This one is on Storenvy.
The reason I decided to start a blog, was hopefully it will be easier to see what is going on with MrsBrittonsCreations. Look at new creations, from start to finish, because, yes, I do tend to take photos of it all!
Since opening my stores I’ve gotten into making Kumihimo Bracelet/Anklets and Loom Knitting. You will find photos & updates of what is happening with each of these. I use to be very crafty when the kids were little, but nowadays I basically just keep to these 3.

Please be VERY patient with me as I really have NO IDEA what I’m doing! LOL!
I’m going to learn as I go and I’m sure there will be MANY mistakes or DUH! moments, so bear with me!

9/8/13, very sad I closed my Etsy store today. I just couldn’t justify spending more money to renew the listings when No money was coming in!
